CART aims to meet the needs of the aviation/aerospace industry for quality training, consultancy and collaborative industry-focused applied research projects. The Centre’s core competencies lie in the areas of:
a) Aviation management, specialising in airport/airline operations, air traffic management & flight operation, and cabin hospitality & safety
b) Aerospace electronics, specialising in avionics, flight instrumentation, and aircraft ground run simulation
c) Aerospace engineering, specialising in developing training technology for aerospace systems and materials
Equipped with state of the art training and research facilities, the Centre aims to collaborate with like-minded industry players and training institutions to further the industry's human resources development, safety and economic goals.
