Four Temasek Engineering students emerged Runner-up in the National Campus Co-operatives Innovative Business Ideas Competition 2002 with their plan to set up a company supplying bioresorbable bone scaffold.

They beat all but one of the more than 30 entries from various tertiary institutions in Singapore, and walked away with a trophy and a cash prize of $2,000.

The presentation and prize giving ceremony were held at Ngee Ann Polytechnic on 25 May 2002. The event was organised by Singapore National Co-operative Federation (SNCF).
