WHERE THE FUTURE HAPPENS
The word "Future" points to a School that is advanced and up-to-date in terms of equipment, facilities, as well as its Engineering curriculum. The Temasek Engineering School is at the forefront of technology. We anticipate future needs and our projects and ideas improve future lifestyles. We are hence able to meet the ever-changing demands of the industry.
For students who join our School, this is where their future takes shape and crystallises, where they can work towards realising their ambitions, where their dreams of the future can come true. It is the starting point towards great things in the future.
The word "Happens" reflects the proactive, problem-solving approach adopted by the Temasek Engineering School. Students take charge of their own future, rather than leave it to chance or to others. It also highlights the young, creative, dynamic and lively environment in the School.
Today's input, hard work and perseverance will be tomorrow's reward.
THE SYMBOL
The diamond shape in the background, right in the centre of the words "Temasek Engineering School' symbolizes an unrelenting focus on our vision, which is to be the renowned provider of Engineering education that meets the ever-changing needs of the industry. The rest of the area outside the diamond shape, just like the limitless future ahead of us, is bought to life by the diamond, that is, by the Temasek Engineering School. Purple is our official Temasek Engineering colour representing youthfulness, growth and vibrancy.
