Virtual Simulation technology to boost Life Sciences

The Temasek Engineering School and Singapore General Hospital (SGH) will collaborate by sharing scientific and technical information in the field of Virtual Reality (VR) simulations for training in the life sciences and surgical laboratories. This was agreed upon in an MOU signed by Temasek Polytechnic's founding Principal Dr N. Varaprasad and SGH's Chief Executive Officer, Assoc. Prof. Vivian Balakrishnan at the Polytechnic's Board Room on 30 May '01.
